Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Academic Advisor to guide and support learners in their academic journey. The candidate will play a key role in providing academic counseling, monitoring student progress, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students.
• Assist students in selecting courses, subjects, and academic pathways.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Address academic challenges and suggest improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to implement academic policies.
• Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and student development programs.
• Maintain records of student progress and counseling sessions.
• Support in planning and implementing institutional academic strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (Master’s degree preferred in Education, Counseling, or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in academic advising, counseling, or education sector.
• Male candidate preferred as per institutional requirements.
