Job Title: Academic Admission Advisor

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Academic Admission Advisor to join our team in Mankavu, Kozhikode. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for motivated individuals, including freshers, who are eager to build a career in the education and admissions domain.

The Academic Admission Advisor plays a key role in connecting prospective students with the right academic programs. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will guide candidates through the admissions journey using strong communication and conversion-focused skills. This position directly contributes to student success and organizational growth.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in Afternoon shift

Salary & Location

Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Location: Mankavu, Kozhikode

Work Arrangement: In-person

Shift: Afternoon Shift (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

This role involves a blend of admissions sales, follow-ups, and coordination:

Student Engagement & Admissions

  • Proactive Outreach: Contact prospective students via phone calls, emails, and digital platforms to discuss academic programs and admission opportunities.
  • Personalized Counselling: Understand students’ educational backgrounds, goals, and career aspirations to provide tailored program recommendations.
  • Admissions Conversion: Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment targets and KPIs through effective follow-ups and relationship building.

Program & Admissions Expertise

  • Program Knowledge: Clearly communicate program details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships/financial options, and career prospects.
  • End-to-End Admissions Support: Guide applicants through the complete admissions lifecycle—from initial inquiry to successful enrolment and onboarding.
  • Objection Handling: Professionally address student queries, concerns, and hesitations to facilitate informed decision-making.

Collaboration & Data Management

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about program updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a strong advisory approach

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience (Preferred): Experience in telesales, admissions, customer support is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and empathetic approach.
  • Mindset: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Shift Readiness: Willingness and ability to work night shifts on a regular basis.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
