The Opportunity When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Technology and Innovation team you will drive innovation by integrating AI capabilities and leading digital transformation initiatives. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to secure project success. This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement scalable AI solutions, and contribute to the modernization of business processes and systems. Responsibilities

Spearhead innovation initiatives by integrating AI technologies
Oversee large-scale projects maintaining operational excellence
Collaborate with diverse teams to implement scalable AI solutions
Drive the modernization of business processes and systems
Engage with clients to facilitate project success and satisfaction
Analyze complex challenges and develop impactful strategies
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
14 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
MBA in Business Administration or equivalent
Training or certification in Gen/AI, ML, Agile
Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC (Black or Gray Belt)
Proficiency in designing AI models and algorithms
Understanding of data pipelines and integration
Leading digital transformation initiatives
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and AI integration
Experience in agile environments for technology projects
Passion for driving innovation and optimizing operations
