AC Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to diagnose issues accurately. The AC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients' AC systems operate efficiently. Responsibilities: Install new air conditioning systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. Perform regular maintenance on AC units, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing worn-out parts. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in AC systems, such as leaks, broken thermostats, and faulty compressors. Conduct tests on AC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Respond to service calls from clients and provide timely and effective solutions. Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Educate clients on proper AC system maintenance and operation. Comply with all safety protocols and regulations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred. Proven experience as an AC Technician, with at least [X] years in the field. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques. Familiarity with various AC systems and brands. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
