Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units
• Recharge refrigerant and check for leaks
• Replace or repair defective components (compressors, motors, thermostats, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions
• Maintain service records and report work completed
• Educate customers on proper system usage and maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
• Proven experience as an AC / HVAC Technician
• Good knowledge of split, window, cassette, ducted, and central AC systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments

Experience

• 1–5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted as needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC certification (if applicable)
• Experience with commercial and residential AC systems
