Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Air Conditioning industry.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions.
  • Promote and market A/C systems, solutions, and related services.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales/marketing experience in the Air Conditioning industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
