A/C Mechanic

The Applicant should have good knowledge of Installation, Breakdown and Repair of Air Conditioning Machines. Dear candidate, Greeting from Radiant Multitech we are looking AC repair technician and AC installation technician. Good knowledge of AC repair and installation, good knowledge of Split AC and window AC repair. Candidates Bike and DL should be must. 1. Install, repair, and maintain various types of air conditioning systems, including window units, split systems, central air conditioning, and rooftop units 2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical connections 3. The AC Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings 4. Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, fans, condensers, evaporators, or thermostats. 5. Retrofit or upgrade AC systems with energy-efficient components or comply with regulatory requirements 6. Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines when performing AC installations, repairs, or AMC maintenance 7. Inspect and diagnose AC systems to identify malfunctions, faulty components, or performance issues 8. Recharge refrigerant levels according to manufacturer specifications and environmental regulations Communicate repair options, costs, and timeframes clearly and transparently to customers Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, parts used, and warranties Provide recommendations for system upgrades, efficiency improvements, or equipment replacement when necessary AC Technician Requirements Must have ITI / Diploma with 1+ years of experience as AC Technician are preferred ITI - Trade in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Diploma - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Good knowledge of AC repair and installation, Good knowledge of Split AC and window AC repair Education - 10th Pass / ITI /Diploma Engineering Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Work Location: In person
