Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support. - Working knowledge in developing and implementing Fast Formulas for Absence Management. - Experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Fusion Absence Management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a consulting or client-facing environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
