Job Description

SAP ABAP Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions on SAP ABAP (Classic, HANA, and RAP).
Teach core ABAP concepts including Data Dictionary, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).

Curriculum Development

Design and update training materials, exercises, and assessments.
Customize content for different learner levelsfreshers, professionals, and corporate clients.

Learner Support

Clarify technical concepts and resolve learner queries.
Provide hands-on guidance through coding labs and real-world scenarios.

Evaluation & Feedback

Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Industry Alignment

Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP developments, including S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5, and OData services.
Align training content with current industry standards and job market needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
Prior experience in training, mentoring, or instructional design.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in SAP ECC and ABAP on HANA is highly desirable.

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
Availability for flexible schedules and corporate engagements.
