Job Description

Design, code, unit test, debug and implement SAP ABAP applications.
Resolve open development issues and make decisions about alternate technical approaches.
Proactively provide work status.
Follow development standards and methodology.
Ensure that documentation is properly maintained.
Support the change control process.
Conduct code reviews with peers.
Test, debug, implement, and document fixes.
Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis.
Provide problem solving and technical support, including on-call critical support.

Qualifications :

Typically a minimum 8+ years experience in SAP application development, deployment, and support and a bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5+ years related work experience.
Organizational, oral and written communications skills.
Hands-on ABAP experience.
Experience working with OData services and Restful API s
Team player willing to engage and work with other team members.
Track record of successfully supporting business capabilities.

Education/Experience Level:

Proven experience as an ABAP Developer, with a strong understanding of SAP systems. Proficiency in ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. Knowledge of SAP modules and business processes.
Strong database management skills, including experience with SQL. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Knowledge of software development best practices and coding standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Relevant certifications in ABAP development or SAP are a plus.
Selected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law
