My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

House keeping team are very nice, want to mention some of their name, Mr. Shubhashish mainly & Mr. mustafa. Mr. Sumit from the " la cucina" restaurant. But in my last visit i found all helping staffs are either " trainee" or very " low paid", kind a worst thing for them. From Kolkata

I have worst experience today. In parking area my locked helmet was stolen by someone. This this happens in Hyatt bike parking area. This thing happening in 5 Star hotel. Every point have camera and security.
