Requirements: * Proficiency in MS Excel is must; * Excellent written & verbal English communication. * Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and budget analysis. * Experience in U.K Accounting in hospitality sector would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities: Identifies new reservations sales business to achieve personal and property revenue goals. Responds to incoming reservations sales opportunities for the property that are outside parameters of the . Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts. Uses sales resources and administrative/support staff effectively. Assists in monitoring group reservation forecast data. Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence). Coordinates with clients to process rooming lists for groups Assists with monitoring accuracy of reservation sales orders within tracking systems. Tracks no-show reservations and processes charges as needed. Checks daily arrivals to ensure all necessary billing instructions are applied to reservations. Manages wait list and prioritizes order of wait list contacts to be made. Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company. Handles guest complaints and disputes following the instant pacification procedures. Roles and Responsibilities Process telephone and email reservations according to room and rate availability, ensuring that full and accurate details are obtained and input accordingly into PMS. Deal with travel agent bookings, vouchers and credit requests, ensuring that the hotels policy is adhered to at all times. Process all reservations and extranet messages ensuring that all bookings are accurate. To be fully conversant with rate groups and sales accounts procedures. To ensure that all reservations standards and procedures are met with regard to reservations and system input. Update reservations, to input and record cancellations and amendments, making sure all bookings are accurate. To liaise with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure that VIP guests are recognized as part of the VIP procedures, including room allocations, amenities and arrival welcome. To determine from reservations any sales leads for future business and ensure these are passed to the sales department. Ensure reservations are taken accurately & traces are in place for the front office to follow up as required. Ensure that reservations include accurate billing details and that the accounts department have the required back-up.
