Unfortunately had a negative experience during check-in. Vivek at the reception was unhelpful and not very accommodating, which made the process frustrating. The check-in was delayed, and Vivek didn’t offer any assistance or explanations, leaving me feeling disregarded. I hope the hotel improves its customer service.

It would be helpful if they informed guests upfront about the complimentary services and the paid ones, making the stay more comfortable and guest-friendly.

Had a very nice experience.Had taken a Hyatt Dining Club membership. Hema helped me a lot with using this membership and guided me in every step. Got a lot of discounts on the stay and used many vouchers. Hema is very pleasant and helpful. While staying in Hyatt Kolkatta, Marful and Nilay in the restaurant, were very helpful.
