Job Description

Job Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and Salesforce solutions. Work with Salesforce teams to configure objects, automation, validations, and reporting tools. Support testing activities, including UAT and regression testing, to ensure solution quality. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating workshops and system demos. Ensure data integrity, assist in integrations, and manage user access, security, and permissions. Job Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2+ years working on Salesforce projects. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud functionalities. Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (flows, workflows), reporting, dashboards, and data management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process modeling skills. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration. Nice to Have Salesforce certifications such as Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
