Graduate, Post-graduate, BCA, IT, MCA, BSC (I.T.).

Skill Required Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in functional testing and regression testing.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for database validation.
  • Understanding of API testing (e.g., Postman).
  • Knowledge of automation tools.

Soft Skills

  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to think from the end-user perspective.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate in team environments.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create test plans.
  • Develop and execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Create, maintain, and run automated test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Test APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger, or automated frameworks.

Bug Tracking & Reporting

  • Identify, isolate, and document defects with clear steps to reproduce.
  • Use bug-tracking tools.
  • Work with developers and business analysts to meet users' expectations, understand root cause, and verify bug fixes.
