About the Role:  

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Exterior Visualizer** with a strong command of Corona Render to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning exterior designs that meet client expectations while pushing the boundaries of creativity.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Create high-quality, photo realistic exterior visualizations using Corona Render.  

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate ideas into compelling visual outputs.  

- Apply materials, textures, and lighting to enhance realism in visualizations.  

- Ensure the timely delivery of visuals, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.  

- Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, tools, and techniques to improve workflow and outcomes.  

Requirements:  

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in 3D visualization, with 2 years preferred.  

- Proficiency in Corona Render and related 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc.).  

- Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.  

- Knowledge of architectural design principles and ability to interpret architectural plans.  

- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.  

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.  

Preferred Skills:  

- Basic knowledge of post-production tools like Photoshop.  

- Familiarity with other visualization tools or software is an added advantage.  

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
