Sybaritic Spaces is a rapidly growing design firm that is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Architectural Rendering Artist to join our team. As a 3D Architectural Rendering Artist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings and models for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.

Responsibilities:

-Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs using industry-standard software

-Create photorealistic renderings of the designs for presentation and marketing purposes

-Work with designers and architects to ensure accuracy and quality of the final product

-Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

-Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D rendering and modeling techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2-3 year of experience as a 3D Architectural Rendering Artist

-Excellent skills in 3D rendering and modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software

-Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
