Job Description Role & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash Maintain financial records and prepare basic reports Support accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups Assist with bank statement reconciliation and petty cash tracking Prepare and file basic statutory compliance (GST, TDS) or collaborate with CAs for filings Provide general office administration: handling correspondence, organizing documents, maintaining supplies, and coordinating meetings Maintain a neat and organized office environment, support logistics as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field Up to 1 year of experience (internships or professional work) in accounting/admin role Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks,) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills High attention to detail, integrity, and a willingness to learn Benefits Gain valuable experience in accounting, admin, and compliance functions Work in an encouraging environment with opportunities to upskill and grow Flexible work culture and exposure to hands-on responsibilities Skills Microsoft Office tools… professional and friendly phone manner… remain calm, listen empathetically… Task Prioritization… Schedule Management, Fluent English, Professional verbal/written skills, phone/email. etiquette.
