Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Create compelling 3D visualizations for real estate projects (interiors & exteriors)
• Apply lighting, rendering, texturing, and detailing to produce photorealistic visuals
• Add lighting effects that enhance atmosphere, depth, and realism in different environments and times of day
• Continuously explore new tools, workflows, and techniques in 3D visualization
• Stay updated with the latest industry tools and visualization techniques
• Deliver creative outputs within deadlines
• Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Any qualification degree or diploma
• 3D Animation, Graphic Design, or related field courses
• Proven experience with 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Corona Renderer
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects
• Strong understanding of lighting, color, contrast, and detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy
• Knowledge of architectural terminology and products is a must
• Familiarity with architectural terminology and design standards
