3D Visualizer

As a highly skilled 3D Visualizer with extensive expertise in 3ds Max and end-to-end Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) workflows, your role will involve transforming architectural concepts into photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and virtual experiences. You will ensure alignment with client vision and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include creating high-poly 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes using 3ds Max, producing photorealistic renderings with V-Ray/Corona, and optimizing scenes for efficiency without compromising quality. You will collaborate with architects/designers to interpret CAD drawings, sketches, and BIM data, streamline workflows from modeling to final delivery, and troubleshoot technical issues in rendering/compositing. Applying advanced knowledge of UV mapping, PBR materials, and procedural texturing, you will develop animations/walkthroughs for client presentations and stay updated on industry trends such as real-time rendering in Unreal Engine. Ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and client specifications, you will also mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback. The requirements for this role include expertise in 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and After Effects, and a bonus if you have experience with Unreal Engine/D5 Render for real-time workflows. You should showcase 3+ years of Arch Viz projects in your portfolio, demonstrating residential, commercial, or urban projects. Soft skills such as attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management are essential for this role, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Architecture/3D Design/Animation or equivalent experience.,
