3D Visualizer

1. 3D Modeling & Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations (interior, exterior, landscape, product) using 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, or relevant software.
• Translate 2D architectural drawings, sketches, and client concepts into photo-realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs.
• Develop photorealistic materials, textures, and lighting setups to enhance project visuals.

2. Design Coordination

• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and civil engineers to understand the design intent and reflect it accurately in 3D visuals.
• Participate in design meetings and provide visual input to enhance concept development.
• Ensure design consistency with project specifications, branding guidelines, and architectural standards.

3. Animation & Walkthrough

• Produce animated walkthroughs and flythroughs for presentation to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manage video rendering, camera path setup, and post-processing for high-impact presentation material.

4. Project Documentation

• Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, lighting presets, and previous projects.
• Keep version control and update files based on ongoing design revisions.
• Deliver final renderings as per project timelines, quality benchmarks, and presentation formats.

5. Innovation & Software Expertise

• Stay updated with new tools, rendering engines, plugins, and industry trends in architectural visualization.
• Suggest improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and quality in rendering pipeline.

6. Deadlines & Quality Control

• Work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Perform self-reviews and quality checks before submission to senior architects or clients.

Key Skills & Tools

• Software: 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit (optional)
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, proportions, lighting, and materials
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team
• Time management and multi-tasking across various projects

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Certification in 3D Visualization / CGI will be an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization, preferably in real estate, design studios, or architecture firms
