Role & responsibilities: Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans under the guidance of senior architects. Create and modify architectural drawings and interior design plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for designing projects. Support project documentation and administrative tasks as needed, also coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts,Independently interact with Customers to understand the requirement. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards. Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and models, to communicate design concepts effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and design. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects with a work experience of 2-3 years. Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and other design-related tools. Proficient in using realtime 3D rendering and visualisation tools like V-ray, Enscape, Lumion. This is a must have. Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetic qualities and attention to detail. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
