Looking for a talented and creative designer who must be able to contribute in preparing plans, designs, drawings, Interior designing views, Elevations, client engagement and respective works

Responsibilities and Duties

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior design teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and sketches that align with client preferences and project goals.
• Utilize 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp, Enscape, Autodesk 3ds Max, or Blender) to create detailed interior models, floor plans, and spatial layouts.
• Select and incorporate appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces.
• Create realistic renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs of interior designs to present to clients and stakeholders.
• Iterate on design concepts based on feedback and incorporate revisions as necessary to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and coordinate implementation of design elements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and 3D visualization.
• Maintain organized project files, documentation, and design assets to facilitate efficient project management and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) working as a 3D Interior Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.
• Solid understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and furniture layouts.
• Excellent creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Knowledge of rendering techniques, lighting, and texturing to create realistic 3D visualizations.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in Architecture/Graduation in Interior Designing/Diploma in Architecture with suitable experience.
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces
• Hands on experience with AutoCAD, Enscape, SketchUp, 3D Max, Vray , Illustrator or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Attention to detail
• Artistic ability, vision and creativity
• Communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
