Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced 3D Design Engineer with strong expertise in 2D drafting and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sheet metal design, busbar drawings, and panel fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
• Design and develop electrical panel sheet metal components and assemblies.
• Prepare busbar drawings, fabrication details, and BOMs.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance checks, and material selection.
• Revise and update drawings based on engineering changes and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety norms.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & SolidWorks (2D Drafting & 3D Modeling).
• Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Design, Busbar Layouts, and Electrical Panel Enclosures.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare engineering drawings & technical documents.
• Good understanding of fabrication, assembly processes, and GD&T.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in electrical panel design / switchgear industry.
• Knowledge of ERP / PLM systems for design data management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials (copper, aluminum, sheet metal).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,796.58 - ₹35,818.35 per month
