Job Description – 3D Designer (Event Management)

Position: 3D Designer
Department: Creative / Design
Location: Karvenagar, Pune. (ON SITE)
Reporting To: Creative Director / Design Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and imaginative 3D Designer with a strong background in event design to join our creative team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and creating innovative 3D designs for stages, arches, photo booths, layouts, and event walkthroughs that align with client requirements and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design stages, entrance arches, photo booths, thematic props, and overall event layouts in 3D.
• Create detailed 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs that bring event concepts to life for clients.
• Work closely with event managers, creative teams, and production teams to translate client briefs into feasible designs.
• Develop CAD layouts, technical drawings, and detailed design specs for fabrication and production.
• Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, innovative, practical, and cost-effective.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance creative outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Present concepts and design mockups confidently to internal teams and clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in 3D design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema4D, Blender, or similar).
• Knowledge of rendering software (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, etc.) to produce realistic visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production and presentation.
• Understanding of event design, space planning, and materials used in stage and fabrication.
• Ability to create immersive walkthroughs and flythrough animations for client presentations.
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and spatial design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Event Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in 3D designing for event management, exhibitions, or stage/set design.
• A strong portfolio of stage setups, event layouts, photobooths, and walkthroughs is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,058.45 - ₹60,000.00 per month
