This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, responsible for leading the visual direction and execution of branding, marketing, and event-related design projects for high-profile corporate and sporting events. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of design principles across digital and print mediums. Key Responsibilities: Lead the conceptualization and creation of high-impact visual designs for large-scale events, including brand identity, signage, stage designs, promotional materials, digital assets, and merchandise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including event managers, marketing, and production to ensure visual coherence and alignment with client objectives. Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and event specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in event management, advertising, or agency settings. Proven experience working on small and large-scale events (corporate events, family days, expo stall designs, sporting event) with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), CorelDRAW, Ai tools. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding. Experience designing for print, digital, environmental graphics, and motion graphics is a plus. Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and creating innovative 3D designs for stages, arches, photo booths, layouts, and event walkthroughs that align with client requirements and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design stages, entrance arches, photo booths, thematic props, and overall event layouts in 3D. Create detailed 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs that bring event concepts to life for clients. Work closely with event managers, creative teams, and production teams to translate client briefs into feasible designs. Develop CAD layouts, technical drawings, and detailed design specs for fabrication and production. Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, innovative, practical, and cost-effective .
