3D Architectural Visualizer

Role Description

This is a full-time (contractual) on-site role for a 3D Architectural Visualizer located in Delhi, India. The 3D Architectural Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, drawings, and graphics. Day-to-day tasks include designing and rendering architectural visualizations, working with lighting, and collaborating with architects and designers to produce representations of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models for architectural projects, including buildings, interiors, landscapes, and environments.
• Produce realistic architectural renderings and animations for both interior and exterior projects.
• Deliver project outputs on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Follow design guidelines, including proper asset naming and organized file management.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in 3D design and visualization.
• Record and update daily work hours for project tracking and management.
• Ensure all work adheres to company standards and relevant regulations, with a strong focus on accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Visualization, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Expertise in post-production for still imagery, including matte painting.
• Solid understanding of architectural design concepts and principles.
• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
