Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Proven ability to gather and document requirements in a technical environment. Experience conducting market and user research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
