Role Description This is a full-time (contractual) on-site role for a 3D Architectural Visualizer located in Delhi, India. The 3D Architectural Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, drawings, and graphics. Day-to-day tasks include designing and rendering architectural visualizations, working with lighting, and collaborating with architects and designers to produce representations of architectural projects. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed 3D models for architectural projects, including buildings, interiors, landscapes, and environments. Produce realistic architectural renderings and animations for both interior and exterior projects. Deliver project outputs on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals and deadlines. Follow design guidelines, including proper asset naming and organized file management. Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in 3D design and visualization. Record and update daily work hours for project tracking and management. Ensure all work adheres to company standards and relevant regulations, with a strong focus on accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in 3D Visualization, Architecture, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Expertise in post-production for still imagery, including matte painting. Solid understanding of architectural design concepts and principles. Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
