3D Architectural Visualizer

As a 3D Architectural Visualizer (Exterior), you will be responsible for creating high-quality and photorealistic exterior renders for architectural projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating realistic exterior 3D visualizations based on architectural drawings, design concepts, and references. Working with 3D models, applying accurate texturing, realistic lighting setups, and fine-tuned rendering. Collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project leads to ensure visual accuracy and project intent. Making necessary revisions based on feedback and maintaining project deadlines. Staying updated with industry standards, materials, lighting techniques, and render quality improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Expertise in 3ds Max and V-Ray is a must.
Strong skills in lighting, texturing, plantation and photorealistic rendering specifically for exterior environments. Good understanding of architectural design, building materials, landscape elements, and environmental lighting. Ability to compose strong camera angles and visual storytelling for exterior views. Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production will be considered an advantage. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality.

Qualification

Any graduate with strong knowledge of architectural visualization.
Portfolio is mandatory (Previous exterior work must be showcased)
