Role description

We are looking for an experienced 3D animator

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, environments, and scene assets
• Work with clean, optimized topology suitable for animation and real-time use
• Handle rigging, animation, and camera movement with strong motion fundamentals
• Animate environments and assets while maintaining poly efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with technical requirements
• Maintain consistency in lighting, textures, and scene composition

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in 3D animation using Blender
• Good knowledge of polygon modeling, topology flow, and mesh optimization
• Solid understanding of the 3D animation pipeline, including rigging and keyframe animation
• Experience with character and environment animation
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and motion quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Nice to have

• Exposure to AR/VR or real-time workflows
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine
• Experience with game or interactive animation projects
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, or a related field
