Job Title: Faculty – 3D Animation, Gaming Location: Ongole, Andhra Pradesh Department: Academics Reports To: Academic Head / Center Head Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced 3D Animation faculty member who can guide students through the animation pipeline, from modeling to rendering, using industry-standard tools. The role includes mentoring students to become production-ready for careers in animation, VFX, and gaming. Key Responsibilities: • Teach fundamentals of 3D animation including modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, animation, and rendering. • Proficiently use software like Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc. • Deliver concept-driven lessons aligned with industry requirements. • Conduct regular critiques and support students in developing production-quality showreels. • Keep up with latest developments in 3D animation and pipeline workflows. • Guide students in live/academic projects, workshops, and competitions. • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of training quality. Requirements: • Certificate in Animation, Multimedia, or related field from renowned institute. • 2–6 years of production or teaching experience in 3D animation. • In-depth knowledge of 3D animation software and techniques. • Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills. • Industry experience in film, gaming, or advertising is a plus.
