Ability to make informed decisions regarding credit limits, terms, and collection strategies. Developing strategies to minimize bad debt and manage exposure to credit risk. Skill in communicating credit terms and policies to clients in a clear and professional manner. Proficiency in negotiating payment terms, settlements, and credit limits with clients. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, finance) and senior management.Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports, and collection activities.
