Job Title: Landscape 3D Designer (2–3 Years Experience) Location: Faridabad Company: L&B Greenscapes Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–3 Years Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for developing realistic and visually compelling 3D renderings and walkthroughs for landscape projects including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. Key Responsibilities: Interpret conceptual landscape designs and develop high-quality 3D visualizations. Create photo-realistic renders, animations, and walkthroughs for client presentations. Collaborate with the design and project teams to refine visuals based on feedback. Develop landscape elements including hardscape, softscape, water features, and lighting. Work within project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and materials relevant to landscape architecture. Technical Skills Required: 3D Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape, Rhino (optional), Revit (optional) Rendering & Animation: Experience in creating photorealistic stills and animated walkthroughs. Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (for presentation boards) Basic Knowledge Of: Landscape architecture, site grading, planting design, material usage, and architectural drawings. Non-Technical Skills Required: Strong visualization and aesthetic sense Creative thinking and design storytelling Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently and in teams Openness to feedback and iterative improvement Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in landscape 3D visualization or similar role.
