2D Game Artist

We're seeking a creative and skilled individual who excels in visual design and user experience to create engaging game art and intuitive interfaces for our upcoming projects

Responsibilities

• Game Art Creation:

  Design and produce original 2D game art, including characters, environments, and in-game assets--from concept sketches to final polished artwork.

• Conceptual Development:

  Independently generate unique concepts and ideas for game art and design.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with developers, and animators to ensure cohesive art direction and seamless integration into the game

• Art Consistency:

  Maintain visual style and quality across all game assets.

• Project Management:

  Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 2D art, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and design proficiency, especially characters, props, and environments.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Procreate ).
• Excellent understanding of design principles and user-centered design practices.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Have

• Experience with UI design for games
• Knowledge of animation or experience with tools like Spine
• Passion for gaming
