Role Description As a 2d Artist , you will be responsible for designing and creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our games. You will collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and other artists to ensure the UI integrates seamlessly into the gameplay experience. We’re looking for someone who has a strong command of 2D design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design and create high-quality 2D UI elements such as menus, buttons, icons, HUDs (Heads-Up Displays), and other in-game elements. Work with the game design team to create cohesive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and design language across the game's UI. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, playtest results, and usability testing. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI assets into the game engine. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of the UI. Requirements: Proven experience as a 2D Artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D art and UI design. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma , and other design software (experience with After Effects is a plus). A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and how they apply to gaming environments. Ability to create responsive, scalable, and user-friendly designs. Familiarity with game engines (such as Unity or Unreal) and asset integration processes. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail in visual design. Nice to have: Experience with motion graphics and animations for UI elements. Familiarity with user research and usability testing for improving the UI experience. Knowledge of color theory, typography , and visual storytelling . Qualifications Graphics and Graphic Design skills UI design for games. Typography skills Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio showcasing design work Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus Show more Show less
