Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 2D & 3D Designer located in Ghaziabad. The 2D & 3D Designer will be responsible for creating and developing 3D designs, lighting schemes, and graphic designs. The designer will also engage in animation and 3D modeling for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members to conceptualize designs, executing design briefs, and ensuring high-quality outputs align with project goals and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in art, design or a related field;
• Proven experience as a 3D designer;
• Present a design portfolio showcasing a variety of skills and aesthetic ability: 2D & 3D;
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corona Renderer;
• Experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro and/or Unreal Engine is a plus;
• Good knowledge of Perspective, color theory
• A keen eye for creative detail and the ability to align creative efforts with business goals;
• Deadline driven with an ability to problem solve;
• Great communication skills and able to present the work clearly to various stakeholders.

Responsibility:

• Create 3D visuals of bespoke interior studio environments to support product marketing materials.
• Strong sense of interior design, spatial visualization and artistic composition as well as the technical skills to produce photorealistic 3D rendering.
• Produce high-quality 3D designs, preparing required assets for print, digital and marketing collateral while working closely with the product design team.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D tools, such as 3ds Max to create stunning 3D environments and bring creative concepts to life.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to continuously improve skills and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality designs within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers to priorities tasks and maintain delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure designs align with the brand and project requirements.
• Welcome constructive feedback from both internal teams and clients, iterating on designs to address comments and enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
