About the Role: We are hiring a seasoned PHP Architect for one of our esteemed multinational clients. This is a high-impact role for a technology leader who can drive architectural decisions, lead a small team, and deliver scalable, high-quality web applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust web applications using PHP, Symfony, MySQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Angular. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Architect efficient, reusable, and reliable code following industry best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and security. Engage in Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture, APIs, and user guides. Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvements. Lead a small team (34 members) and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in PHP and Symfony framework. Proficiency in Angular, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and jQuery. Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience working in MNC or enterprise-level environments. Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
