The Talent Acquisition Specialist identifies and attracts top talent to support organizational growth and strategic objectives. This role manages the recruitment process and selects candidates based on alignment with company culture and role requirements.

• 채용 계획 수립 및 인재 확보 전략 개발
• 다양한 채용 채널 활용 및 후보자 소싱
• 이력서 검토 및 면접 일정 조율
• 후보자 경험 관리 및 기업 브랜딩 지원
• 채용 관련 데이터 분석 및 보고
• 부서 및 경영진과 협력하여 채용 요구 사항 충족
• Develop recruitment plans and talent acquisition strategies
• Source candidates through multiple channels
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
• Manage candidate experience and support employer branding
• Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports
• Collaborate with departments and leadership to meet hiring needs

필수 요건 / Must-have:

• 인사, 경영학 또는 관련 전공 학위
• 채용 또는 인사 관련 경력 2~3년 이상
• 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력
• 데이터 기반 채용 의사결정 능력
• 비즈니스 수준의 한국어 또는 영어 능력
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to make data-driven hiring decisions
• Business-level proficiency in Korean or English
