The Talent Acquisition Specialist identifies and attracts top talent to support organizational growth and strategic objectives. This role manages the recruitment process and selects candidates based on alignment with company culture and role requirements. 주요 업무 / Key Responsibilities 채용 계획 수립 및 인재 확보 전략 개발 다양한 채용 채널 활용 및 후보자 소싱 이력서 검토 및 면접 일정 조율 후보자 경험 관리 및 기업 브랜딩 지원 채용 관련 데이터 분석 및 보고 부서 및 경영진과 협력하여 채용 요구 사항 충족 Develop recruitment plans and talent acquisition strategies Source candidates through multiple channels Screen resumes and coordinate interviews Manage candidate experience and support employer branding Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports Collaborate with departments and leadership to meet hiring needs 자격 요건 / Requirements 필수 요건 / Must-have: 인사, 경영학 또는 관련 전공 학위 채용 또는 인사 관련 경력 2~3년 이상 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력 데이터 기반 채용 의사결정 능력 비즈니스 수준의 한국어 또는 영어 능력 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to make data-driven hiring decisions Business-level proficiency in Korean or English 우대 요건 / Nice-to-Have: 글로벌 기업 채용 경험 ATS(Application Tracking System) 사용 경험 HR 관련 자격증 보유 (예: PHR, SHRM) 인재 브랜드 구축 및 소셜 미디어 활용 경험 Experience recruiting for global organizations Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment 복리후생 / Benefits 글로벌 팀과 협업 기회 최신 HR 시스템 및 도구 활용 교육, 세미나, 자격증 취득 지원 유연 근무제 및 하이브리드 근무 가능 Opportunities to collaborate with global teams Work with modern HR systems and tools Support for training, seminars, and certification programs Flexible and hybrid work arrangements
