経営全般のマネジメント、戦略立案から実行までをリードするポジションです。チームや事業部を統括し、会社の成長と持続的発展を担います。

This role involves leading overall business operations, from strategic planning to execution, overseeing teams and business units to drive sustainable company growth.

▪︎ 事業戦略の策定およびKPIの設定・進捗管理

▪︎ Define business strategy, set KPIs, and monitor progress

▪︎ 複数部署の統括・人材マネジメント

▪︎ Manage multiple teams and oversee personnel operations

▪︎ 経営陣との連携による意思決定支援

▪︎ Collaborate with executives to support key decision-making

▪︎ 収益性・業務効率の改善提案と実行

▪︎ Identify and implement improvements for profitability and efficiency

▪︎ 財務指標および予算のレビューと管理

▪︎ Review and manage financial indicators and budgets

▪︎ ステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持

▪︎ Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

▪︎ 経営または事業運営に関する実務経験（3年以上）

▪︎ Minimum 3 years of experience in business management or operations

▪︎ チームマネジメント・組織運営の経験

▪︎ Experience in team management and organizational leadership

▪︎ 戦略思考および問題解決力

▪︎ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

▪︎ 財務・予算管理の基礎知識

▪︎ Basic understanding of financial and budget management

▪︎ ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力（読み書き・会話）

▪︎ Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)

▪︎ 日本国内での就労資格を有すること

▪︎ Must have legal work authorization in Japan

▪︎ 日本国内のオフィスに常駐勤務（リモート勤務なし）

▪︎ On-site work at our office in Japan (no remote work)
