Sales Role: EB & Non-EB Commercial Lines Expert | Immediate Joiner

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional with expertise in Commercial Lines Insurances

📍 Location: Bhiwadi, Alwar

🧠 Experience: 0-3 years in Insurance Sales (Preferred Exp. of EB and Non- EB Insurance)

⏰ Joining: Immediate preferred

Role Highlights:

ü Drive sales of Fire, Marine, Liability, engineering & other Non-EB commercial insurance products

ü Drive Sales for EB Plans like Group Health Insurance, Group Personal Accidental Insurance.

ü Develop & maintain strong relationships with B2B & B2C clients

ü Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote our insurance & financial products.

ü Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.

ü Maintain and update client databases and call records

ü Build rapport with prospects and identify opportunities for sales conversion

ü Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

ü Meet revenue targets, handle renewals, and upsell/cross-sell insurance solutions

ü Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements:

ü Tele-calling or inside sales.

ü Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

ü Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

ü Should have knowledge of email conversations.

ü Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

ü Self-motivated and persuasive with good interpersonal skills.
