📌 主な業務内容 | Key Responsibilities▪︎ 採用プロセスのサポート(求人情報作成、応募者対応、面接調整)
▪︎ Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant communication, and interview scheduling
▪︎ 勤怠・休暇管理、社員情報の更新
▪︎ Manage attendance, leave requests, and update employee records
▪︎ 社内手続きや書類作成・管理
▪︎ Prepare and maintain HR documents and internal forms
▪︎ 社内問い合わせ対応や各種サポート業務
▪︎ Respond to internal inquiries and provide HR support
▪︎ データ集計・レポート作成
▪︎ Compile HR data and generate reports
✅ 応募資格・スキル | Qualifications & Skills▪︎ 人事業務のサポート経験(インターン・アルバイト経験可)
▪︎ Experience supporting HR operations (internship or part-time experience acceptable)
▪︎ 基本的なPCスキル(Excel, Google Workspaceなど)
▪︎ Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
▪︎ コミュニケーション能力・丁寧な対応力
▪︎ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
▪︎ 論理的思考力・マルチタスク対応力
▪︎ Logical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks
▪︎ 日本語ビジネスレベル(読み書き・会話)
▪︎ Business-level Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
▪︎ 日本国内での就労資格を有すること
▪︎ Must have legal work authorization in Japan
