ZSM (West)-Enterprise Sales

Ceeco Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Zonal Sales Manager for the West region who will play a crucial role in selling a variety of Audio-Visual (AV) and IT products to a wide range of clients. Your expertise in selling licenses for Zoom and Microsoft Teams, along with your knowledge of the West market, will be key assets in this role. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Sell a diverse range of Audio-Visual (AV) and IT products to a broad spectrum of clients. - Specialize in selling licenses for Zoom and Microsoft Teams. - Monitor and report on the performance of the sales team. - Develop, manage, and coach a high-performing sales team according to business requirements. - Assist in creating the annual marketing and sales plans. - Build a sales pipeline for new business opportunities. - Coordinate with company team members to generate and meet with prospective leads. - Track and report all sales activities. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals in the AV & IT sector. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proven experience in selling a variety of AV and IT products. - In-depth knowledge of AV industry products and technologies. - Familiarity with licenses for Zoom and Microsoft Teams. - Excellent understanding of North Indian markets (or pan-India experience in the AV market). - Ability to manage a sales team and provide mentorship to achieve sales targets. - Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key sales leads. **Qualifications:** - Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads. - Previous experience in direct product sales. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.,
