As a Zonal Sales Manager at ORVI Surfaces, your role will involve leading the sales and business development activities in the Mumbai region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with architects and key influencers, managing project specifications, mentoring the sales team, and strengthening the dealer network. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving sales growth and business development across the Mumbai region - Building and leveraging strong relationships with Type-A architects, consultants, and key influencers - Managing project specifications and ensuring conversion to orders - Leading and mentoring the regional sales team to achieve targets - Strengthening the channel partner and dealer network - Tracking market trends, competition, and project opportunities To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - 7+ years of relevant sales experience in project/B2B sales - Strong existing network with Type-A architects - Mandatory working experience in the Mumbai market - Proven track record of handling key accounts and large territories - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Your educational background should include a graduate degree in any discipline, with an MBA being preferred.
