Job Description

As a Mainframe z/OS System Programmer, you''ll have the opportunity to shape the very foundation of the technology that drives our world. Your work will involve managing the mainframe hardware configuration, installing, customizing, testing, and maintaining the z/OS operating system and its subsystems such as CICS, Db2, WMQ, and IMS. You''ll be a master troubleshooter and problem-solver, with the skills to fix even the most complex issues that arise.

Required technical and professional expertise - Monitoring system performance using RMF, SMF, TMON or Omegamon tools, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of IBM Netview and System Automation. - Knowledge of Kubernetes, Cloud, API Development, DevOps/MLOps Tools and AI/ML. - Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Opensearch. - Knowledge of mainframe hardware configurations and I/O management. - Assessing system capacity needs and planning for future growth.
