Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases across cluster lifecycle, security, networking, and platform integrations.
Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts for API, UI, and backend systems.
Validate complex end-to-end flows including backup/restore, TLS/LDAP integrations, RBAC, air-gapped installations, and version upgrades.
Perform performance, scalability, and resiliency testing across hybrid/on-prem VM and Kubernetes deployments.
Work closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams to align on requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
Investigate and debug complex distributed system issues, reproduce customer-reported scenarios, and ensure complete test coverage.
Continuously improve automation tooling, test infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and own the quality gates for feature releases.
Ensure enterprise-grade quality and reliability across all supported operating platforms.

Skills Required:

Core Technical Expertise (Must-Have)

Hands-on experience in Automated Testing
Strong proficiency in Test Automation Framework development
Java programming for automation and framework enhancement
Python scripting for backend/service-level test automation

Advanced / Preferred Technical Skills

Selenium for UI and end-to-end automation
Kubernetes and orchestration environments
Containerization technologies - Docker & Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab / Azure DevOps)
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Pytest automation framework
Database testing - SQL / NoSQL
