Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Zonal Training Manager (L&D). The Zonal Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing training programs, developing training materials, and implementing learning strategies across the zone. Daily tasks include assessing training needs, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring all employees have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively. Additionally, the Zonal Training Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify training requirements and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training, Learning & Development, and Instructional Design
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Evaluating Training Effectiveness and Program Management
• Strong Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
