Role Overview – Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven ZSM to manage and expand sales operations across the North-East zone. The ideal candidate should have strong regional market knowledge, proven distributor/dealer network management skills, and a leadership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to meet targets
• Manage and mentor Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and field sales teams
• Expand dealer/distributor network across the zone
• Monitor sales performance, collections, and inventory levels
• Conduct market visits, farmer meets, and promotional activities
• Provide market feedback for product development and positioning
• Ensure smooth coordination with supply chain and marketing teams

Eligibility Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in fertilizer/agri-input sales
• Strong experience in the North-East India market
• Existing relationships with regional dealers and distributors
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Education: B.Sc (Agri) / B.Tech (Biotech) / MBA (Agri Business preferred)
• Willing to travel extensively across the zone
• No salary bar for the right candidate.
