Zonal Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage

  loan operations

  for

  Mortgage Loans and LAP

  across multiple branches within the zone.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the

  loan disbursement, documentation, underwriting support, and post-disbursement activities

  .
• Monitor

  credit administration, loan documentation, and collateral management

  in alignment with company and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process efficiency, TAT (Turnaround Time) adherence, and service quality across all operational touchpoints.
  
• Lead and mentor the

  zonal operations team

  , ensuring high productivity and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate closely with

  Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams

  for seamless loan operations.
• Ensure effective

  risk control, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance

  in all operational processes.
• Track and manage

  MIS, dashboards, and operational performance metrics

  for the zone.
• Manage and resolve

  customer escalations

  and operational issues within stipulated timelines.
• Implement digital process improvements and automation initiatives in loan operations.

  Mortgage Loans and LAP loan operations

• Expertise in

  loan documentation, disbursement process, and post-disbursement management

• Excellent understanding of

  credit policies, risk, and compliance requirements

  process management, operational controls, and audit compliance

  .
• Strong

  leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills

• Analytical mindset with strong focus on

  efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  
• 1015 years of experience in

  loan operations

  , with at least 4–5 years in a zonal/regional operations leadership role.
• Proven expertise in

  Mortgage Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP)

  products.
• Experience in managing large teams and multi-branch operations.
